We flew into San Pedro Sula on Saturday and stayed the night at the Green Frog B&B in the city which was fantastic.  The owner, Sarynela, came to meet us personally at the airport which was great for us because it was packed full and crazy in there!

Sarynela also went out of her way to take us to the bus station the next morning where we caught a luxury coach out to La Ceiba on the coast. We were able to take lots of pictures from the bus while watching a movie at the same time!  Enjoy these scenes of Honduras..
